SOFTWARE × DATA × INFRASTRUCTURE

I build software that
turns data into systems.

Software developer and data engineer building backend services, APIs and reliable data pipelines — with a growing focus on climate, energy and infrastructure.

Things I’ve built.

Selected software and data systems spanning APIs, pipelines, cloud platforms and climate technology.

GridShift 02 · Software

Run computing when electricity is cleaner.

Shows when and where to run compute jobs on European grids for the lowest CO₂.

The GridShift web app recommending a 2-hour job run in Spain for 97% less CO2 than starting now in Germany, with a chart of grid carbon intensity for four countries.

Agentic AI 03 · Data

A multi-agent pipeline for warehouse quality.

Profiles, scores and monitors data warehouse tables, then surfaces root-cause insights.

OrbitWatch 04 · Data engineering

A pipeline that tracks everything in orbit.

Snapshots every tracked satellite and debris cloud, builds the history the source doesn’t keep, and screens 19,000 orbits for close approaches.

  • Dagster software-defined assets with dbt on DuckDB; dbt tests run as asset checks
  • Type 2 history built from immutable snapshots, manoeuvre and re-entry detection
  • SGP4 + KD-tree close-approach screening, verified against brute-force propagation
  • Daily GitHub Actions run publishes each snapshot as a release, so history grows every day

Pet Adoption System 05 · Product engineering

Full-stack application for shelter operations.

Demonstrates API design, database modelling and application architecture — breadth without diluting the systems story.

02 / EXPERIENCE

Where I’ve worked.

2026

Software Developer

Mason LIFE Program, George Mason University · Fairfax, VA · 12/2025 – present

  • Own development of a Python/Flask and PostgreSQL application that centralises course, scheduling, student and program operations
  • Designed the relational data model and consolidated 6 separate Excel trackers into the database
  • Automated recurring workflows with Python and SQL, saving 4–5 hours of manual work per week; reporting integrations feeding 8 Tableau and Power BI dashboards for 15+ staff
PythonFlaskPostgreSQLSQL

2025

Data Engineer Intern

DQLabs · Remote · 08/2025 – 12/2025

  • Developed Python/FastAPI services and REST APIs running 50+ automated validation checks across 20+ datasets
  • Implemented asynchronous processing with RabbitMQ and Amazon SQS; workflows across AWS S3, RDS and EC2
  • Added automatic retries and alerting that cut repeat failures by about 20% and MTTR by about 35%
